For the past week or so my elbows have been itching like crazy. I’ve been putting aquaphor and eucerine on them, but nothing has helped. Tonight, after my shower, I noticed a patch of red, swollen, thick skin started to develope next to my elbow, and it is still extremely itchy. Does it sound like the beginning of psoriasis or could it be something else? What can I do to relieve the itch?

My neighbor is suffering from a serious psoriasis disease on her skin and head. The disease causes continuous itching, hair losss and dryness. It also transfer to all of the body and result in wounding her body. Different chemical treatments are ordered by a skin Doctor and that chemicals couldn’t heal the disease even though she used it for more than six months. Any one who knows the solution for such disease may help us by giving answers.
Is it possible for a person to have Eczema and Psoriasis?

These are separate skin conditions, and while I have been diagnosed with Eczema since infancy, I believe I may have a mild form of Psoriasis.
Both rarely are rarely “active” at the same time, but sometimes they are, there is a noticeable difference between the patches of skin, even though they are usually close to each other, even overlapping at times. Have I just done too much research on skin conditions, or is it possible to have both Eczema and Psoriasis?
Do you think my psoriasis is an allergic reaction?

I am a wine drinker, and have been for about 3 yrs now. For the last year and a half, I have been dealing with psoriasis (on the scalp and body) and no medical treatments have worked. I am allergic to Sulfa medications. Do you think that b/c wine has Sulfites in it, that my psoriasis could be an allergic reaction?
Is there anyway to make psoriasis go or become better?

I have psoriasis and really don’t like how the skin becomes white and i am tan so it looks very weird.Is there a way to make it better.I also use a cream the doctor gave to me but that just makes it whiter.
