It’s mainly on my knees and lower legs, and I have a little on my elbows. Now that it’s summer, I’d love to wear cute dresses and shorts, but I want to clear up my psoriasis first. Any suggestions?

Is there evidence that psoriasis could be linked to taking medications like Lipitor?

I have psoriasis on the palms of both hands…. no medication prescribed for this condition seems to do much good. I believe that psoriasis is caused by a liver disorder… and Lipitor can definitely cause problems in the liver. I’m trying to find an answer in order to cure the psoriasis.
my dermitalogist said i have seborrheic dermatits but gave me a shampoo for psoriasis to treat it?

Yea, should i use it? these two issues are VERY different and i do not have any symptoms of psoriasis. I have a few flakes on my scalp but nothing like psoriasis. but she gave me a shampoo to treat it for psoriasis, should i use it?
the shampoo is called Clobex, please help me!

I have psoriasis kinda bad, and is there any kind of makeup for your skin or anything that is waterproof or something? If you don’t know what psoriasis is then don’t answer please, I hate this skin disease and its almost impossible to hide. So please help

I have scalp psoriasis. My case was not that bad though, I’ve been taking some special shampoos and hair oil for over a week. And it’s working really well, it’s almost gone. But I’ve lost some hair before the treatment and I’ve heard from SO many people that the hair would grow back when your scalp is back to normal. So how long would it take for the hair to grow back ?

I have been losing hair evenly on my head for about the last 4 months. Been to two docs, and they were no help. I have excessive dandruff, and sometimes when I comb or whatever I get small little scab like things falling out. My scalp doesn’t really itch too bad, but it does kinda bad once in awhile.
Could this be psoriasis of the scalp and could that be the reason for the hair loss lately? And if so, how does one stop it?

My mother recently developed Psoriasis on her scalp. She underwent surgery to remove a brain tumor about two years ago and her dermatologist said that it is not uncommon for psoriasis to develop on/ around the incision area. My mother has a bald spot on the top of her head and is now afraid that she’s going to go completely and irreversibly bald. Is this even a possibility? Thank you.
