In families, sibbling relationships are either close or distant. When close ties exist, there are probably more amicable relationships. When distant, problems occur especially in terms of parential care, once parents become elderly. Powers of Attorney held by an older sibbling may block a younger sibbling from a continued relationship with an elder parent. Then there exist financial concerns. A book of family cases discusssing these types of issues would be helpful. A book available to the general public, not just for lawyers.
