My concern is about people who only have Medicaid, but not Medicare. At present SC Medicaid imposes a limit of 12 per fiscal year in the number of visits to the Doctor and a limit of 8 to the Chiropractic. Also there is a limit of 4 medicine prescriptions per month per patient.
Will the the Health Care Reform be the solution to these restrictions?
or are there plans to do so?

Does anyone know if Obama will change that policy? Right now I have psoriasis and can be controlled easily with medicine. But still I can not join. But if anyone knows the answers could you please kindly tell me if he might change that policy? THanks!
